If a vehicle already runs near you, you are on it this week. If not, we tell you honestly what it would take to open one.

What commuters ask.
Is this cheaper than a minibus taxi?
Usually not on price alone, and we will not pretend otherwise. Two taxi trips a day at R25 is about R1 080 a month. The package costs more because it is a different product: a reserved seat, a vetted driver, a tracked trip and a drop at your door rather than a walk from the rank. Against Uber or Bolt it is dramatically cheaper — often by two to three thousand rand a month.
What if I am off sick or on leave?
Skip the day before 17:00 and your seat is released to the plan. The monthly fee does not change for a few missed days — it is a package, not a punch card. For leave of two weeks or more, talk to us and we will pause the month.
What if I work shifts that change?
That is exactly what the daily booking is for. You tell us which slot you need each day up to the 17:00 cut-off. Standing bookings cover the days that never change.
Do you collect from my actual house?
Yes, where the road allows a vehicle to get in and turn. Where it does not, we agree a safe collection point within short walking distance and it stays the same every day.
What happens if the vehicle does not arrive?
Call the number on your confirmation and a coordinator will see your trip on the live plan, not a spreadsheet. Where we fail to collect you, that trip is credited.
Can my employer pay for this instead?
Often, yes — and it is usually cheaper for them per head than what they spend on late-night transport already. Put us in touch and we will price the whole shift. See business transport.
