Late-night and shift staff transport, Cape Town.
0XX XXX XXXX

For business

Get your whole shift home, reliably.

Managed employee transport for Cape Town employers — routed every night, dispatched with named drivers, and billed per trip so the invoice matches what actually ran.

The problem

Late transport is a retention problem, not a logistics one.

When getting home is unreliable, people stop taking the late shift. The cost shows up as absenteeism, overtime and turnover long before it shows up on a transport invoice.

Shifts end when transport does

If the last safe way home leaves at 20:00, that is when your operation really closes — whatever the roster says.

Nobody can audit the invoice

A contractor bills for trips. Without a plan of record, there is nothing to check that number against.

It lives in one person's head

The spreadsheet works right up until the person who understands it is on leave.

What we run

Three ways we can take it off you.

Home-to-office transport

Door-to-door collection and drop for your shift staff. We resolve who travels each day, group them into vehicles and dispatch with a drop list.

  • Daily 17:00 cut-off, then the plan locks
  • Named exceptions, never silent drops
  • Billed per vehicle trip

Fixed-route shuttles

Where enough staff share a corridor, a repeating shuttle beats door-to-door on cost. Set routes and times once; we run them every day.

  • Higher-capacity vehicles, lower cost per seat
  • Fixed pick-up points and published times
  • Blends with door-to-door for outlying staff

Planning over your own fleet

Already have a contractor? Keep them. We supply the routing, the coordinator dashboard and the driver run sheets over the vehicles you already pay for.

  • Keeps your existing supplier relationship
  • Gives you a plan of record to bill against
  • Fastest to stand up — no fleet change

What you get

Control, not just a contractor.

  • A coordinator dashboard. Generate the night's plan, see it on a map and a timeline, and approve it.
  • Overrides that stick. Move someone by hand and it is stored as an instruction, replayed onto every regenerated plan.
  • Driver run sheets. One page per vehicle, printable, with stops in order and an address snapshot per drop.
  • A fleet clock with stated reasons. When a vehicle cannot take a slot, the system says why rather than quietly assigning another.
  • An audit trail. Who approved which plan, and when it was reopened.

Getting started

Live in four weeks, not four months.

1

Send us your roster shape

Shift-end times, headcount and the suburbs people live in. That is enough for us to price it — we do not need names yet.

2

We model your week

We solve a representative week against your real geography and hand back the vehicle count, the trip count and the cost. You see the plan before you sign anything.

3

Pilot one shift

One shift, two weeks, real passengers. Travel times get measured rather than modelled, and the plan tightens against what actually happened.

4

Roll out the rest

Your coordinator takes the dashboard, your drivers take the run sheets, and the 17:00 cut-off becomes routine.

Questions

What employers ask.

Do we have to move off our current transport contractor?

No. We can run the planning and dispatch layer over your existing fleet, which is usually the fastest way to get visibility without touching a supplier contract. If you would rather hand the whole thing over, we run our own vehicles too.

How is it billed?

Per vehicle trip. The solver minimises trip count first and kilometres only as a tiebreak, precisely because the trip is what you pay for. Every invoice ties back to an approved plan you can open.

What happens if someone books after the 17:00 cut-off?

It goes to your coordinator as an exception rather than silently re-solving a plan that drivers may already be holding. They can add the passenger and the override is replayed onto the plan.

Can we set our own collection times?

Yes. Slots are configuration, not code. Our standard nightly slots are 19:00, 20:00, 21:00 and 23:00, but business contracts set their own around shift-end times.

How do you handle staff who live far out?

Honestly. A long solo run costs what it costs, and the system will tell you that rather than bury it in an average. Often the answer is a shuttle to a node plus a short door-to-door leg, and we will model both.
